- We do not share your scans or identifiable information with advertisers or third parties.
- Your scans and personal data will not be used to train public AI models or external machine learning systems.
Storage & security
Your information is stored securely using industry-standard safeguards, and access is restricted to authorized systems and personnel necessary to operate the platform.
You may request deletion or export of your data at any time, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
By using Strata, you acknowledge that your information may be processed and stored in jurisdictions outside of your state or country of residence.
Anonymized & aggregated data
Strata may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve system performance, analytics, and product functionality. This data will not reasonably identify you personally.
Device access
Certain features may require access to your device camera and photo library in order to capture and analyze scans.
Biometric & facial data disclosure
Strata processes facial imagery in order to analyze visible skin-related characteristics and track changes over time.
Facial scans and related biometric-adjacent data are retained only as necessary to provide the Strata experience, maintain longitudinal tracking, comply with legal obligations, and support user-requested account functionality.
Users may request deletion of their scans and associated data, after which Strata will delete or anonymize applicable records within a commercially reasonable timeframe, unless retention is required by law.
